Technical Service Engineer
Position: Technical Service Engineer
Location: Shanghai
.Responsibilities /Authorities:
●負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)及對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)地區(qū)客戶(hù)提供技術(shù)支持工作。
Focus on product application development in the responsible areas. Provides technical supports to customers.
●協(xié)助當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)銷(xiāo)商的與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流，提供及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的技術(shù)解決方案.
Cooperate with Dealers, organize technical seminars, and deliver technical trainings / product promotions to customers. Provide timely, solid technical solutions for projects.
●熟悉閥控式蓄電池應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)及事故分析處理能力，掌握一定關(guān)于電力輸變電、通信電源以及UPS設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí).
Good knowledge of VRLA battery application business and professional skills of accident analysis are necessary. Basic knowledge of UPS system, power supply system, telecommunication power systems are preferable.
●定期為最終用戶(hù)提供循檢工作
Provide regular product examinations for the end-users.
●保持與代理商及最終用戶(hù)的密切聯(lián)系，收集客戶(hù)信息，并協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)完成和解決各種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品使用與應(yīng)用中的實(shí)際技術(shù)問(wèn)題
Keep close relationship with agency and end-user, gather client’s information; support sales department to solve the problems of products Use and technical problems.
Qualifications & Requirements
●5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5years + working experience,
●理工科本科或以上學(xué)歷，電池行業(yè)工作背景優(yōu)先
Bachelor Degree or above, the working experience in lead acid battery is highly appreciated
●會(huì)運(yùn)用CAD制圖
Excellent Skills of using CAD tools
●敬業(yè)，適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差
Dedicate to work, be able to travel frequently.
●良好的溝通技巧
Good communication skill.
●熟練使用MS Office軟件
Excellent Skills of using MS office software
●英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練
Good English communication skill.
